How much sample is needed for XRD or SEM Analysis?
Not much - we can work with samples as small as 0.2 grams. 1 to 2 grams is sufficient. 5 to10 grams is ideal. Contact us (james@ktgeo.com) with questions.
How long does the analysis take?
In general a 10 sample XRD or SEM project can be completed in about two to four weeks.

XRD is an abbreviation for X-ray diffraction.
What is SEM?
SEM is an abbreviation for Scanning Electron Microscopy.
